Arugula Chimichurri for Beef Cheeks: 05.14.10

2 cups olive oil
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
8 cups tightly packed baby arugula
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp togarashi

- thoroughly blend all ingredients
